Welcome to the Neighborhood

If you’re looking for energy-efficient homes with a Circle C address, look no further than the neighborhood of Grey Rock on the south east side of Circle C Ranch in Austin.

Nestled in a small area where Texas State Hwy 45 S meets Mopac, this charming area consists of only 388 homes with its most recent construction completed by Standard Pacific in early 2020. In addition, the area still provides about 56 acres of open space providing plenty of natural beauty and landscape.

Home Styles

Sometimes referred to as Greyrock Ridge, development began in 2013 featuring homes with a traditional exterior façade and a modern indoor feel where granite or milestone counters and ceramic backsplashes are common. Black Whirlpool appliances, oak or poplar cabinets, stainless steel sinks, and recessed lighting combine to offer a luxury feel without luxury prices.

Amenities

Residents enjoy all the amenities of Circle C living while having the opportunity to live in the most affordable new homes in the area. These include two community centers with pools, numerous playgrounds and over 500 acres of park land featuring plenty of hike and bike trails.

A perk of living in the Circle C area is having quick access to a grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants and bars within the community’s Escarpment Village or Parkside Village. Leaving the area for other parts of Austin is still easy given the neighborhood’s proximity to Hwy 45 S, Mopac, FM 1626, and FM 1826 as viable access points. The area’s closest sought-after attractions include Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center, the Veloway, Grey Rock Golf Club, and Alamo Drafthouse.
