ZOO Venues’ 2016 season Welcome to ZOO Venues’ 2016 programme. This year home grown talent rubs shoulders with international innovators in a carefully curated and richly diverse programme that is guaranteed to hold some surprises in store. We’ve handpicked 54 shows from around the globe which represent some of the most exceptional work being made right now. Stunning dance and physical theatre sits alongside vital new writing by companies from as far afield as Brazil and as close to home as the Midlothian. In a year so far defined by ever-increasing uncertainty, you’ll find opportunities for both escapism and searching reflection on our world past, present and future. This is an unforgettable line up of unique, exciting and essential performances. For those who prefer your beer with a little sun (or maybe a little rain) the ZOO Southside patio bar is back with its usual offering of great local ales alongside all of the gin.

Access We are committed to making ZOO as accessible as possible. As our venues are temporary and in some very old buildings not all of our spaces are fully accessible. Below you will find information about which spaces have step free or lift access.
