The material is viscose made from the cellulose pulp of bamboo, banana or other natural materials. Zollanvari have selected a blend of the finest of these fibres for the Kundan Diffusion Collection. The result is not only rugs made out of sustainable and relatively environment-friendly raw material but a world apart from the mass-produced viscose lines available widely on the market.

The weave quality, similar to the Zollanvari Kundan Pure Silk® Collection, is the culmination of centuries of weaving tradition combined with a modern sensibility and understanding of interiors. These rugs are also painstakingly hand-knotted by artisans who have inherited this rich cultural heritage.

The result is competitively priced rugs that like the Kundan Pure Silk® rugs enthral with their astonishing colour combinations, their well-balanced designs – many inspired from ikat weavings – and their stunning production quality.
