Swisswool filling – 100% natural, no synthetics Relleno de lana Swisswool – 100% natural y libre de fibras sintéticas Swisswool is a patented natural filling made out of 88% virgin Swiss wool and 12% vegetable fibres. It has the unique wicking characteristics of wool and it’s washable. When you sleep you lose moisture. Wool fibres help to transport the moisture away from the body. Most normal sleeping products have a polyester filling. With polyester the moisture stays trapped between the fibres and your skin, leaving you feeling clammy. Not very nice if you sleep more than 3,000 hours a year, as the average adult does. Wool fibers help to wick this moisture away.

La lana Swisswool está compuesta de un 88% de lana suiza virgen y de un 12% de fibras vegetales. ¡100% natural y lavable!

Cuando duermes pierdes de manera natural humedad durante toda la noche.

La mayoría de los productos para dormir utilizan rellenos de poliéster que hace que la humedad que se pierde en vez de salir al exterior del tejido se condensa y queda atrapada entre las fibras y la piel.

Don’t miss your bedtime hour. Sleep is organized in cycles from about 1h30min.

If you miss your sleep “train” you will have to wait one cycle.

Find your ideal sleep temperature, between 16° and 20°C and keep your feet warm.

Have dinner as early as possible.Don’t go to bed with a full stomach.

Sleep in a dark room and don’t put a TV or computer in your bedroom.

Activities such as accounting or tax filling before going to bed could perturb your sleep.

The bright light of your smartphone can cause you disruptions when falling asleep.

El sueño está organizado en ciclos de aproximadamente de 1h 30min, si tu ciclo pasa habrás de esperar al próximo momento en el que te sientas cansado.

Ajusta la temperatura entre 16 y 20°C que te resulte más apropiada en la habitación. Es muy importante tener los pies calientes.

Cena temprano y evita las cenas pesadas antes de ir a la cama.

Acondiciona la habitación adecuadamente para tener oscuridad y evita dormir con televisor u ordenador cerca.

Ciertas actividades pueden perturbar el descanso, deja para otro momento tareas como contabilidad, impuestos o corregir escritos.

La luz artificial de tu "smartphone" puede perturbar el descanso.
