Chelsea’s finest descended onto Tonteria to celebrate the launch of Tessa Packard’s debut jewellery collection, Mexicana. Guests, who included Thomas Van Staubenzee and Guy Pelly, sipped punchy cocktails whilst ‘oohing’ and ‘aahing’ over the illustrious display of golden earrings, bracelets and rings. Anyone with any ideas about ‘borrowing’ these pieces however, were sorely disappointed; a legion of security staff kept them under lock and key. Humph. Pictures ©Radu Brebene

SEVENTIES SWIRL
If only all of us could celebrate our birthdays with Giles Deacon, we would surely love growing old. Marking 40 years of Molton Brown, guests to its seventies-inspired reception on The Mall included the delicious Mr Deacon, Delilah, Olivia Grant and Kimberley Wyatt. With seventies-themed nosh and drinks, and DJ Nathan Gergory Wilkins on the decks, any hangovers suffered the next day were best blamed on the boogie. Groan… MS KIMBERLY WYATT & MR MAX ROGERS
