What is Your Story?

My name is LS Kirkpatrick, and I am a multiple award-winning International Bestselling Author, award-winning Speaker, show host, mentor, coach, and I love to live life. I am a wife, mother of four, and grandmother to 15 phenomenal grandchildren. When I am not writing, speaking, or coaching, I spend my time caring for our longhorn cattle and other critters on our small ranch

Why would I share my story with you, the reader? That is easy, I am your biggest fan! Even though we have never met, I want you to live a fulfilled life, a life that you are proud to have lived. A life that leaves a legacy for others to follow your example. What are your dreams? What is your vision of success? What makes you really happy, when no one is around and when the whole world is looking at you…what makes you really happy? If you have never experienced this contentment in being who you are, in saying, yes, I am happy then I ask you, what is stopping you?

I was 9 years old when I found that real joy that burst through, that kept me smiling for years, that lets me sing, and dance when no one else can hear the music Look for the good, no matter the situation, because that is how you get through it But it wasn't given to me, I had to search for it. Even when I found it, I had to learn

to wait for the right moment, and then Yippee! When it arrived, I felt it inside of me like nothing I had ever felt before I knew it was real

You might be thinking, Oh, you're one of those Oblivious to reality and don't take anything seriously I am quite the opposite actually I choose to see reality but find a joyful way to deal with it. You see, I thought that because so many told me to never change, to keep being me, but yet I was excluded from so much because I didn't give in to the hate, the anger, the depression, that I was missing out. I often was ridiculed because I wanted to be happy instead of unhappy. So, one dark day I decided to be like everyone else. Enter the toxic relationships, the self-doubt, the pain. Why would anyone willingly choose this? I did "get out" of all of that, but so many years where I could have chosen joy were swiftly behind me I made a choice again, no more So, what if you don't understand why I am happy all the time: Let me tell you about it so you can feel real joy too

Then not that long ago, I was once accused of burying my head in the sand because I didn't get

irate and livid about a certain injustice and let it consume my days, my thoughts, and my life. My quick reply, I don't have to let it consume me to want to do something about it. I prefer to live a life worth living, instead of a life in anger and hate.

We choose to be unhappy or in the mess we are in. No wait, really, even I was once in a mess and said I didn’t choose this! Perhaps not, but the choices I made let me walk right into it. So, I had to make choices to walk right out of it It isn’t easy; however, it is so worth the walk

Start with one thing What is one thing that you would like to change, or eliminate in your life that is making you unhappy? Not the whole Titanic, but just one part. Maybe you can start by waking up and immediately saying, Hooray, I get another day! Be happy for this one day.

Perhaps you can say, I am not going to say mean things to me in my head, or out loud to myself. Capture those mean thoughts or words and replace them with words you would want people to say to you. You get to make the choice of how you act or react to something or someone, even to yourself

You have great value in you because no one before you, or after you, has had to make the choices you have had to make or acted or reacted to the choices others have made that directly affected you. That is your value. That is where your worth comes from, not what someone thinks of you, your job, or your family, it comes from you. That value and worth are what makes you enough exactly the way you are. Yes, we can all improve ourselves and it is good to do so, but you are enough. This is why you matter You have already outlived all of that which is in your past

Be kind to you.

Michele Gunn

Everyday Ordinary is Extraordinary!

I am so happy you found me!! Who am I? My name is Michele Gunn and I was born and raised in Michigan This year, 2024, marks 35 years of marriage with my best friend We have had challenges as well as celebrations. My husband and I have three married adult children and three grandchildren (so far). We are empty nesters. All of our grandkids live in a different state than us. We became Texans in the summer of 2007.

I love being a wife, mother, and grandmother. I graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing. Putting family first, I worked in fast food, retail, and nonprofit management before finding my true purpose which I am still refining as I sharpen my innate talents and strengths As a Self-actualization and Mindset Coach, I help professional Christian moms thrive in their reclaimed value while they cultivate a fulfilling and purposeful life Nothing brings me more joy than helping someone realize and claim their unique value!

I almost forgot! I also love cats! They are loving, independent, and intelligent. Each has their own, unique personality! We currently have one Ragdoll and six rescue cats. We also have two dogs, but I am definitely a cat person! Also, I just love purple!

What truly defines who I am? I have a deep belief in family, a strong Christian faith, and a true value for humanity. I believe we are here to serve each other. That will look different for each person as we are beautifully unique human beings. We have faults, we make mistakes, we learn and grow. Through the learning process of becoming a Gallup Certified Strengths coach, I connected (and truly understood) my innate talents to who God created me to be. At my foundation is the love of learning, sharing knowledge, and building relationships while helping people understand, appreciate, and utilize their value

I was excited when the opportunity arose to contribute a chapter in Divine Blueprint: Faith in God for Unbounded Success! The concept for the book pulled me in as I feel called to share and bring people closer to God. Oftentimes, you read these big stories of trauma, illness, or extreme poverty that end in a miracle of sorts. That is not my story. I have led a pretty ordinary life by most people’s standards. A good friend of mine told me that people will relate because my story is ordinary. He was right!

In my chapter, I provided a compacted version of my ordinary life, highlighting where God has made the most obvious impact. God started stirring in me before I even was aware. Truthfully, God knew me before I knew Him as is best stated in Jeremiah 1:5 “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born, I dedicated you, a prophet to the nations I appointed you” (reference). Most people don’t realize that they were called for more. You see, God does not wait for you to be ready. God calls you to be ready. God created you uniquely so that you can embrace your innate talents and use them to build His Kingdom

The goal of my chapter is to allow people to relate their ordinary lives to God, who is extraordinary Because you are His child, you are extraordinary. You make an impact with every action and word you speak. Even the smallest act of kindness, like a simple smile, can cause a ripple effect to create beautiful change. Be intentional in everything you do and say.

The intentional choice of writing my chapter, “Everyday Ordinary,” lit a spark in me to write more. Sure, I have a small variety of entries for my blog on my website, www michelegunn com, but the opportunity presented itself for me to contribute in a more intentional, faith-filled way I was accepted as a writer for an online column I call it “Graceful Awakening” and you can check it out here

My intentions are to reach at least one person, I want people to feel valued. I want them to know and embrace their value. I hope you find that in my chapter in Divine Blueprint as well as in my other writings, YouTube channel, and live stream events. I encourage you to reach out with any feedback. Let me know if I have helped you in any way. You can also reach out if you would like to connect to determine if we can work together.

Remember, always be you!

God Unleashed the Diamond Within Me

I’m Lisa B., a former electrical engineer turned spiritual and wellness coach, known as "The Health Hacker," based in beautiful Colorado Springs. As the founder of Fit2Xist, I combine fitness, faith, and healing to help people hack their way out of emotional, spiritual, and physical pain and transform their lives Whether it’s cycling through the mountains or coaching someone through a breakthrough moment, my mission is to empower others to unleash their fullest potential

What brings me the most joy is seeing people finally realize that they can be set free from the burdens that have held them down for years. Watching the light return to someone's eyes when they discover their God-given identity that’s what I live for.

And here's an interesting fact: years ago, I was involved in a high-stakes world of hacking, con artists, and even jewel heists (yes, for real!). But in the middle of all that chaos, God found me. He turned my story upside down and showed me how to use those same problem-solving skills to heal and help others Today, I see that past as my training ground for becoming the transformational coach and speaker I am now

In my chapter, "God Unleashed the Diamond Within Me," I share a raw, no-holds-barred

account of my journey from being a criminal hacker involved in a $600,000 jewel heist to a redeemed woman walking in God's purpose. You see, I used to believe that I had to control everything, that success meant doing whatever it took, even if it led to destructive choices But God had another plan for me

I want readers to know that transformation is possible, no matter how deep they’ve fallen My story is about letting God polish away the rough edges to reveal the brilliance He always saw in me. I pray that my story touches the hearts of those who feel lost, stuck, or ashamed of their past. If I can break free from a life of lies, deceit, and self-destruction, so can anyone.

I hope my chapter will inspire others to reflect on their own lives and ask, "What diamonds am I hiding under the dust of my own rational lies?" There is so much more waiting for each of us if we let God do His work

For a long time, my story felt too raw and too messy to share I thought people would only see the mistakes the hacking, the identity theft, the jewel heist and not the redemption. But as I’ve grown in faith and as a coach, I’ve learned

something powerful: the mess is part of the message. When I was asked to be a contributing author for Divine Blueprint, I knew this was the perfect opportunity to share the fullness of my story, the good, the bad, and the truly miraculous.

What inspired me most was the realization that other people need to hear about God’s radical grace. We often keep our stories bottled up out of fear, but the truth is, our stories are meant to be shared There’s healing in them, not just for us but for others

This was the right time and place for me because I’ve walked through the fire and come out the other side I’m not who I was, but I’m also not ashamed of where I’ve been. I want people to know that no matter how lost they feel, God can turn it all around. He can transform your life in ways you never imagined. He did it for me, and He can do it for you.

A Circuitous Mess

My name is Carol Koppelman from Goodyear, Arizona, and I am CEO of CPK Solutions, LLC, specializing in editing books, procedures, and proposals I also provide corporate and technical writing consulting services In addition, I am a Branch Director for Park Lane Jewelry

Within the context of my work as an editor, I love helping people find their unique, authentic voice As a multiple best-selling author, I love to craft stories. As a technical and corporate writer, I love translating complex ideas into simple, understandable text. As a jewelry consultant, I love to help women enhance their wardrobe and makeup through beautiful, designer-inspired jewelry.

Although I’ve never been a biological mother due to endometriosis, my heart is centered on advocating for children. I am currently a NICU cuddler, I was a cuddler at an orphanage, and I was a foster parent One of my long-term goals is to help create state and eventually, nationwide societal infrastructure to support single young women who are beginning their parenting journey

My chapter is about the circuitous path that brought me to a closer, FUSED relationship with God. In my nearly seven decades on Earth, I’ve tried nearly everything, and have made some

great decisions and some very poor decisions While I thought I was having a great time, I was pretty much led by my emotions and hormones, and often felt spiritually empty. I made some bad choices with boyfriends, some jobs, and some living situations. I’ve lived in luxury, and I’ve lived in poverty, both metaphorically and literally. I didn’t rely on the Lord for my direction, which intrinsically is logic with heart, often to my own regret. But my faith in God has always been consistent. It just wasn’t very deep.

A difficult and eventually broken first marriage and subsequent depression brought me a little closer to God, but it wasn’t until the past year that life brought me flat on my stomach and then back to my knees My father unexpectedly died last year, my mother required a lot of emotional support, caregiving, and advocacy, my current husband had two long stays in the hospital, and under the pressure, I was at the edge of emotional breakdown.

Luckily, I had some very good Christian friends

who helped me navigate this new terrain It wasn’t until one of them told me about “fusing” with someone (meaning being so connected emotionally that you aren’t a separate individual), that I realized that in my attempt to help people, particularly family, I often would fuse to them and that wasn’t serving them or me. I thought, why don’t I fuse to God – He’ll never hurt me. It’s safe to be fully connected with God because He will lift me up and direct my course.

And I was right!

God did lead me to focus on Him and Him alone and thank God my husband’s spiritual journey amidst his hospital stays aligned with my spiritual journey We were and are equally yoked.

God also led me to get some Christ-focused therapy, which, along with prayer, is healing me beyond anything I can imagine. Because God always gives us more!

I hope that my story will help someone else fuse to God and make Him first in their life. No person, no possession, no distraction, will ever fill us the way God’s love will

Changes, Seasons of Life

My journey from a life marked by adversity to one of healing and transformation embodies her message of hope and renewal. Once grappling with deep personal challenges, including overcoming chronic pain, addiction, and trauma, I found solace and a new beginning in her faith. Today, as a testament to resilience and the power of change, I gladly share my story, illustrating how adversity can become a stepping stone towards strength, and how, through faith, one can emerge renewed, ready to inspire others with their own stories of redemption and growth

The older I become the more I realize the immense gift we have all been given by being alive. I hope that by sharing my story I can touch even one person's life. Adversity allows everyone the opportunity for growth, forgiveness, and most of all love. I have been given the gift of a wonderful marriage of thirteen years and three children. While my husband was in the military, I was able to really draw close to the Lord and discover the beauty in a relationship with the creator of the universe During that time, I was able to become a certified health and life coach Learning how to listen and cultivate healthy relationships and habits is pivotal to change I love walking alongside others as they discover the power of change and embrace the place they are currently in.

Rooted in

Faith,

Anchored in

Hope,

and Held by the Love of Our Savior

I’m Diane Curley, a Registered Nurse with over two decades of experience in healthcare, leadership, and humanitarian service. As the CEO and Founder of Celebrating Women LLC, I’m passionate about empowering women through connection and community. I believe that when we come together, we amplify our impact, and that’s what drives me to create experiences that spark engagement, enable change, and enrich lives.

My career began in nursing, where I developed a deep commitment to quality, safety, and compassionate care This commitment has led me to serve not only in clinical settings but also in roles that intersect leadership, education, and professional oversight in healthcare I’ve had the privilege of leading teams and ensuring the highest standards of care for both patients and providers.

Beyond my professional work, I’m deeply invested in global humanitarian efforts. As the Medical Director for the Lelt Foundation, I’ve worked to improve healthcare access in Ethiopia. I’ve also served on international disaster response teams, bringing hope and healthcare to those affected by war, poverty, natural disasters, and pandemics in places like Liberia, Syria, the Bahamas, and more recently in Zimbabwe and El Salvador

Through Celebrating Women LLC, I’ve built a global platform to amplify the voices and visibility of women everywhere hosting events, publishing stories, and creating content that celebrates the diverse journeys of women. From our digital magazine to our podcast and TV show, the mission remains the same: to uplift and inspire women to be seen and heard as we celebrate our impact and influence

As an Author, Speaker, Advocate, and Nurse, I’m dedicated to driving positive change in healthcare and beyond, and I’m always looking to connect, collaborate, and hear your stories.

Because I believe that every woman is a role model, and together, we can create a more empowered future for all.

I wrote the chapter, ‘Rooted in Faith, Anchored in Hope, and Held by the Love of Our Savior,’ to share a deeply personal exploration of the transformative power of faith in the face of adversity It begins with a pivotal moment in my life, alone on the cold tile of my kitchen floor, questioning why I continued to face hardship despite my unwavering faith In that moment, I received an unexpected answer from God: ‘I

have only ever asked for you to love and serve ’ This revelation shifted my perspective, reminding me that God's love is not transactional and that my worth is not defined by what I endure.

The chapter delves into my journey as a nurse, mother, and humanitarian, weaving through experiences of loss, struggle, and resilience. It highlights the profound role faith has played in navigating life's toughest challenges, from domestic violence and single motherhood to volunteering in global medical missions Each experience has reinforced my belief in God’s providence and His perfect timing, reminding me to trust rather than strive for control

I share the powerful lesson that faith is not just about enduring the storm but finding the strength to lay down your burdens at the feet of Christ. The chapter emphasizes the impact of bold faith not only on my own life but on the lives I’ve touched through service, from the pediatric ward in Ethiopia to disaster-stricken communities across the globe.

Ultimately, my chapter is about celebrating victories, acknowledging grace, and boldly living a life anchored in faith It’s a testament to the idea that our identities are not defined by our titles or trials, but by who Christ says we are worthy, loved, and held Through this narrative, I hope to inspire others to embrace their own bold journeys, trusting that with God, all things are possible.

I share my story because I know that every woman faces her own battles whether in her personal life, her faith, or her calling. My hope is that by sharing my journey, others will see the power of holding on to faith, even in the darkest moments. I want to remind women that they are not alone, that there is purpose in every trial,

and that with God, all things are possible Through this narrative, I hope to inspire others to embrace their own bold journeys, trusting that no matter how overwhelming the storm, God’s love is always there to guide us home.

By sharing this testimony, I hope to create a space where women can find solace in knowing that their struggles are not in vain. I want to encourage others to embrace their vulnerability and to boldly lean into their faith, understanding that their stories matter It’s not about having all the answers, but about trusting the journey and believing that each step, guided by God’s hand, is leading us toward something greater In sharing these moments of faith, strength, and grace, I hope to build a bridge of understanding, hope, and solidarity among women who, like me, are striving to live boldly in the light of God’s love.

A Journey to Discover Faith and Trust in God

When I think about who I am, the first thing that comes to mind is a mom. Yes, I am me, a single independent woman who has learned to prioritize and care for myself first, but being a mom has helped give me the purpose and strength needed to overcome any challenge or obstacle and to do what is best for my sons and me Each of my sons is a miracle, surviving full term against the odds and growing to be healthy, strong young men As they grew, I focused on time with them instead of working lots to buy them lots of “things”. After being diagnosed with cancer when they were 4 and 2 years old, I began to focus more on my overall health and well-being, learning the importance and value of prioritizing myself. I am the best mom and example for them when I am the best and truest me for myself. I get to show myself the same love I show them and others. I am now 13 years cancer-free and will see my first son graduate high school in 2025

I feel very blessed and grateful for the time I have with my sons I appreciate every moment and experience with them I know that tomorrow is never guaranteed so I make sure my sons always know how much I love them. My thirst for continual knowledge and understanding to better myself and heal my past

wounds led me to my own spiritual quest to learn more about God and build a stronger personal relationship with Him Along the way, I also earned additional certifications in yoga, reiki, and coaching to assist with helping others heal It is an honor to be known for my kindness, compassion, and unconditional love, and it is also something I am proud of.

We are spiritual beings having a physical experience on earth. My chapter is all about trust and faith in the personal journey to discover God and His plan for each of us. It encourages the reader to not only seek out God in their own way but to trust and have faith in the journey and experience. Whether or not an individual chooses to belong to a religion or not, is up to that person and the decision should be respected Just as Jesus sat with the leaders of various churches to understand different beliefs, we should also be open to learning from each other and appreciating each other’s beliefs It is the judgment of each other that separates us, compassion and understanding bring us together. We are stronger together united as one.

Right now, we are living in a world of fear, anxiety, stress, and belief in what can be

measured and proven Loneliness, depression and overwhelm are at an all-time high. Belief in God or a higher power takes faith and brings peace, which is much needed right now. Sharing my story is a way for me to help inspire others to be open to possibilities and give people hope. The beliefs passed down from our ancestors are important, but so is cultivating our own beliefs and personal relationship with God. As spiritual beings, when we take the time to strengthen our spiritual self, we strengthen our physical self and overall wellbeing The reality of today does not have to be the reality of tomorrow Each day we get to choose who we want to be, what we want to focus on, and what we want to believe We are the hope, promise, and possibility of today and tomorrow Do you trust me? All it takes is a little faith and trust to open the door to unlimited possibilities. Give it a try.

I believe in you!

Gina Marie Lokken

Unlocking Success The Power of Jesus’ Love

Well, hello there! I’m Gina Marie, a born-andraised Minnesota girl with a passion for Jesus, family, and coaching incredible women. My coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that God has uniquely designed every woman with gifts and a significant purpose My mission is to help women embrace who they are in Christ and step into their calling with confidence and joy

I’ve always believed that success and rest are intertwined, but living it out has been a journey. Growing up, I was raised with a strong work ethic and carried that into my career as a business and leadership coach. Over the years, I saw countless individuals hustling their way to success, often to the detriment of their health, well-being, and connection with God. But through my own experiences and challenges, I’ve come to realize something profound: rest isn’t a luxury; it’s a necessity. In my chapter of Divine Blueprint, I share about the importance of embracing rest, and I’d like to share more on this topic

Rest as a Sacred Rhythm

I believe rest is a foundational part of success especially the God-sized success we are called to pursue. Many of us see rest as something we do if we have time, but rest is so much more than

taking a break; rest is living in God's rhythm working from a place of fullness so that we can do high-quality, impactful things that align with His purpose for our lives

God designed our bodies and spirits to thrive on rest When we allow ourselves to pause, we recharge, refocus, and restore our connection with Him Over the years, I've worked with so many women who over-complicate their lives, chasing goals that leave them feeling empty and unfulfilled. But true success doesn't come from hustling harder it comes from aligning with God's purpose and making space for His grace to work through us.

Rest as an Act of Faith

One of the biggest lessons I ever learned came from motherhood. Before having my son, Ryker, I lived at a breakneck pace, thinking I had to do it all to be successful But when I became a mom, I was forced to slow down and face the reality that rest was no longer something I could avoid If I didn’t rest, I would fall apart God used that season to show me that rest is not about what we accomplish so much as it’s about trusting Him with the details.

Jesus modeled this so beautifully He was never in a hurry, and He always took time away to recharge. He knew what was most important His relationship with the Father and His mission. Resting is an act of faith. In a world that glorifies busyness, choosing to rest and let go of control is countercultural, just as Jesus was! It’s about trusting that God will multiply our efforts when we make time for Him.

Unlocking Success Through Alignment

When I coach women, I focus on helping them align their work, life, and spirit with Christ This alignment is where the real transformation happens I’ve helped clients increase their profitability and productivity by 3-10x, not by pushing harder, but by aligning their strategies with their God-given talents. But beyond those results, the most important thing my clients gain is the freedom and joy they rediscover when they walk in their calling without the pressure to perform or compare.

I firmly believe that faith and work don’t have to be separate and that business doesn’t have to be boring. Through strengths-based leadership, neuroscience techniques, and cutting-edge coaching methods, I help my clients exceed their expectations But it all starts with rest with creating space for God to work in and through us

An Invitation to Rest

Rest isn’t a sign of weakness or laziness; it’s a spiritual practice that strengthens us for the journey ahead. In Matthew 11:28, Jesus invites us to come to Him when we are weary, and He will give us rest. That invitation is still open to us today.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed or stretched too thin, I encourage you to pause and reflect: Are you allowing God’s rhythm of rest to guide your life? Are you trusting Him with the big things He’s

called you to do, or are you trying to carry it all on your own? Rest in His love, and let Him unlock the success He has planned for you one that flows from alignment with His perfect will, not from the exhaustion of hustle.
