YOUR urban expedition Spring: a season in which we always like to feel a bit more aware of the nature around us. Waking up in the morning noticing the fresh spring air. Walking outside seeing trees blooming and predicting only beautiful things to happen. Watching the sun ensure brilliant light and shadow.
Along with the new nature, spring also welcomes short sleeves, thinner fabrics, softer colors and new trends when we talk about fashion. This season we see a lot of in nature inspired prints and silhouettes.
For men khaki or brown -bomber jackets, comfortable chinos and fifties short sleeved shirts are seen a lot. For women botanical prints and lightweight denim shirts, dresses and skirts are everywhere. With underwear aloud to be worn as outerwear, spring is looking pretty sexy already. High shine fabrics are always a favorite in any way, shape or form. So spice it all up by combining hints of metallics in your shoes, bags and clothes.

Komono is proud to present its latest capsule collection curated by the charismatic artist Baloji. Baloji is a poet, composer-lyricist/beatmaker, scriptwriter, actor and performer, video artist and stylist. When you create a collection with modern nomad Baloji, you know you’ll be going places. One of those places was the Fondation Cartier in Paris, where Baloji, his ‘Katuba Orchestra’ and contemporary dancer Jolie Ngemi were invited to perform as part of the ‘Soirées Nomades’ experience. Baloji also took the opportunity to showcase his Komono sunglasses inspired by Congolese beauty and history.
