To many choices.. While I write this introduction I realize that it’s almost time to turn the clock one hour forward. So more hours of daylight ahead and hopefully endless days of sun. To be honest I personally prefer spring above summer. In spring it is still possible to wear more items (i can never choose) in one outfit without melting, and there is still a way to hide some not-yet-summer-proof bodyparts. So yeah, a very warm welcome to SPRING ‘15! With all the new collections delivered, it became immediately clear that making choices was going to be tough. This season is all about denim, stripes, flowers, graphics, plain animal prints and bold camouflage prints. Unfortunately there’s not enough space in this Magalogue to show and tell you everything about these trends, but I’ll give you some hints of what to expect in store! You wouldn’t believe me if I said that white socks and sporty sandals are stylish again right? Especially in that combination.. Well it’s true, no boundaries noticed this spring. With so much “no-go’s” becoming “go-go’s” again, our dedicated staff can’t wait to help you find a new wardrobe. They know what suits you best. Hopefully this magalogue makes you long for outdoor drinks, sunny days and unforgettable nights as much as we do! Oh and the best way to explore our new store KOMONO by YOUR is of course to pass by and meet our friendly staff, but because we couldn’t wait to show you the amazing products, we included some new releases a few pages further.

You know, there are a hundred things I could write down here to sum up my love for denim. I love everything about it! Whether it is a nice raw selvedge that has aged beautifully or a super pre-washed denim with nuances I could never achieve on my own; I wear them all. This season I’m really excited about some of the brands that we have and the way they approach denim. Neuw has some really nice rope-dyed denim which really give the fabrics something special and authentic. They call it “Black Rope” and it’s super cool. Denham has an ongoing collaboration with the Candiani denim mill, the collaboration has resulted in some amazing selvedge jeans with just a bit of stretch so that they fit just right. If that doesn’t sound good to you we also have some super comfortable jogg jeans from our friends at Diesel. After all, in the end the best advice I can give to our costumers is that they have to pick a denim that feels right for them. “Signature scents” Some news from our recently updated candle bar! Part of this significant corner in our store is of course Cire Trudon. Their products have been referred to as the “Rolls Royce” of candles. The oldest French manufacturer produces the world’s most prestigious candles of the highest quality. There’s no doubt that we’re really proud to have these in our store. Nowadays the brand is world famous for their supreme wax quality and signature scents.

But there’s a new addition to the candle bar.. KOBO pure soy candles were created by and for those passionate about memorable scents, and the fresh look of the KOBO packaging is a gift so beautiful it need not be wrapped. Kobo candles are made of domestically grown sustainable soybeans. This creates the cleanest burning medium and excellent level of fragrance yield. Cotton wicks provide a pure and clean flame. Kobo candles are not only created using environmentally friendly materials but they do not pollute the home either.

“My favorite fragrance is Love in White from Creed! It reminds me of long summer evenings on the Schelde. The perfume is light, fresh, and the white flowers add a very subtle sweet note. It’s a worldly mix of blossoms, indicating freshness and a welcoming spirit.”


“I am huge fan of the Monocle line from Comme Des Garçons at the moment. Created in honor of the men’s lifestyle magazine “Monocle”; there are currently three distinct fragrances: Hinoki (no.1), Laurel (no.2) and Sugi (no.3). I chose Hinoki because of its particular scent that derives from Hinoki wood; a subtle blend of cypress, turpentine, cedar, thyme, pine, and vetiver. Fresh stuff.”

LOVE IN WHITE Hand-made with ingredients of rare quality from five continents. “My personal favorite is Amazing Green from Comme des Garcons. It has a unique scent with a dazzling fusion of freshness and depth. To me sweet and fresh at the same time. When at work I often wear this and people ask me constantly for which perfume I use!

Aventus from Creed is absolutely a more exquisite cologne than the ones I’ve worn before. I have never had a fragrance that evolves over time. Each day I wear it I pick up on something totally different then the day before. It keeps surprising me!


I love Lubin’s Figaro. What I like is that it is not a too feminine fragrance. That makes it interesting to wear, it can make you stand out in a crowd. This perfume opens really fresh and sharp with citrus and pepper. On my skin the middle and base notes are the ones that are the most outspoken. It ends in a mild, warm woody scent, slightly sweet because of the tonka bean and the figs. It is the perfect perfume for YOUR evening out, since it has a bit of a heavy and sensual character. For me, the scent lasts a long time, which makes it worth the money.
