Karen Vale, of Sarasota, sold the home at 13404 Matanzas Place to Jordan Hopkins and Sharon Velazquez Hopkins, of Bradenton, for $1.2 million. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 4,323 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.3 million in 2008.
Cardel Homes U.S. sold the home at 16610 Berwick Terrace to Timothy and Joy Graham, of Bradenton, for $1.09 million.
