‘n Koopaanbod is ‘n gewigtige regsdokument en jy moet van die volgende bewus wees: Wanneer ‘n koopaanbod deur beide koper en verkoper onderteken is, word dit as ‘n koopakte beskou.

Maak altyd seker dat jou aanbod ‘n datum en tyd insluit. Sodoende word daar druk geplaas op die verkoper om die aanbod binne ‘n redelike tyd te aanvaar of af te keur. Ÿ Besluit op ‘n okkupasie datum.
