On September 5, 2023, we celebrated our One Team Day, which was centred around YCC's core values
Steve Hargreaves, from The Compassionate Leadership Company, emphasised the power of living YCC's values and encouraging positive influence. HR180 also introduced our new Performance and Wellbeing Check-in Process, prioritising holistic team member wellbeing.
We explored our core values —Inclusive, Empowering, Caring, Trusted, Approachable — which underpin our culture and commitment to serving the community. Thank you to all who attended; your dedication drives YCC's success. Together, we'll keep positively impacting children and families in our community.
