The exhibition was held in conjunction with the MS ISO 9000 Convention organised by the State Government. State Secretary, Datuk K.Y. Mustafa officiated the exhibition. Picture shows Datuk K.Y. The State Secretary was briefed on the achievements of the Manpower Development and Training Unit which was awarded the prestigious MS ISO 9002 by a world leading certification body, Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance [LRQA] on February 22, 2000. Quality Day Information Technology Manager, John J. Bagiu briefing Chief Secretary to the Government, Tan Sri Abdul Halim Ali when the latter visited the Yayasan Sabah booth after opening the Quality Day exhibition on November 11 at the Sabah Musuem. Tan Sri Halim was briefed on the foundation Internet and Intranet systems and also its future expansion. A total of 15 State and Federal Government departments/agencies participated in the four-day exhibition with the theme "Menjana Perkhi?matan Awam yang Berinformasi".
