of tomorrow that the nation can be proud of - Datuk Seri Musa “The challenges which the young generations will face are much greater and they come in the form of globalisation, open trade policy, global warming and the advancement of information technology. The only way to face these challenges is you must equip yo u rs e l ve s w i t h t h e n e c e s s a r y knowledge and skills,” said the Chief Minister of Sabah cum Chairman of Yayasan Sabah Board of Trustees, Datuk Seri Panglima Musa Haji Aman during breaking of fast with Sabah's students studying in Peninsula Malaysia.
He added, “the youth of today are the future and the lifeline of our nation, so study hard, work hard and be leaders with a vision that our nation can be proud of.” The function, held at the Putra World Trade Centre on 2 August 2012 was attended by about 1,100 students from 28 private and public institutions of higher learning. Datuk Seri Musa also said that millions of Ringgit were spent
on education, not only in the form of loans and scholarships but also in the development of infrstructures such as hostels in Cairo and Alexandria, Egypt, besides the Kolej Yayasan Sabah’s new building at Sembulan which is expected for completion in 2013. All these facilities are provided by the Yayasan Sabah Group for the benefits of the students.
