Project Based Vouchers(PBV)are vouchers that must be used at a specific property, in this case Stratus Village in McMinnville. Project Based Vouchers offer the same level of assistance as a traditional voucher and save families the challenge of finding a rental unit to use their assistance.
A total of twenty-two vouchers will be available to wait list applicants, seven in Phase 1 and fifteen in Phase 2. As units become vacantthey will be filled with wait list applicants.

Understand the eviction process and how to avoid it
DependingonwhereaRentWellgraduatecompletedtheclass,they maybeeligibleforalandlordincentivefundthatispairedwiththe course.Thefundallowslandlordstorecoupuptoacertainamountfor unpaidrent,damages,orlegalfeesbeyondthesecuritydepositifthe rstyearoftenancy.Gotorentwell.orgfor
