During the month of August, Trav and Shaz have travelled to Captains Mountain, Millmerran, Pitsworth, Leyburn, the Wind Farm, Gatton, Boonah, Aratula and Welcamp! As well as having lunch at the Nobby Pub and getting over 500 photos developed in Toowoomba to put into albums.
Trav has interviewed and spoken with many truck drivers and pilot vehicle drivers, getting to learn about some very interesting stories. Fun fact, Trav learnt that the huge truck (photo at the top of next page) took 3 more trucks to push it up over the range.
Trav went with his dad to Moree a few weeks ago and had some great photos from that day, in which he also got developed.
One very interesting morning in Allora the pair spent time watching power poles being pulled down and new ones replacing them. That was so interesting and potentially a very dangerous job working at such heights on cherry pickers and with power.
Trav continues to enjoy and research the places and truck companies they visit and meet during the travelling duos Friday adventures. Thank you, Shaz for sharing
