As we reach the halfway point of the year, I want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible work our team has done across all regions Just wanted to say how proud I am of what we’ve achieved lately. Whether you’re in the office, out in the community, or supporting from behind the scenes, It’s the little things we do each day are what make RAWR a trusted name in disability support.
We’ve got exciting things ahead: new team members joining us, training sessions rolling out, and fresh energy in the air. Let’s keep up the good work, support each other, and continue showing up for our participants in the best way possible. Heyteamandwelcome toourJulynewsletter!

Jilly had a lovely surprise from her sister, Katrina as she came to visit all the way from Canberra! This was Katrina’s first time meeting some of our support workers and RAWR staff that care for Jill! It was so beautiful seeing Jill and Katrina together, showing the strength and love that family brings - just look at Jill's smile
Moments like these warm our hearts and remind us just how special the connections with both our clients and their families truly are. We deeply value and cherish these relationships as they are the foundation of the support and care we strive to provide every day. Maintaining these strong, genuine bonds is so important to us, so thank you, Katrina, f many more shared memories
We love Wednesday’s here at our Warwick RAWR office! Our wonderful activities coordinator, Brenda, organises a different activity each Wednesday for our participants to enjoy. Paint & Sip was a huge hit, with everyone focussed, carefully dabbing colour onto the canvas and taking some sips of delicious apple juice! It's all smiles and pure happiness over here

Richard had an awesome time in Caloundra with support worker, Juanita!
Richard is a Toowoomba participant who receives both support coordination and social & community supports through RAWR. We LOVE seeing what our participants get up to, so check out these pics from his trip!

On the 27 , some of our office staff from Warwick hit the road to join the Toowoomba crew for morning tea to celebrate Jess' last day before maternity leave Everyone brought something delicious to enjoy together and we got to give Jess her personalised gift basket from us! Throughout these past few months, everyone has been bringing a little something to create basket full of goodies for her new bub and it turned out so great! th
To make our morning tea even better, Forrest from Latte's & Cake Crumbs created this amazing and mouthwatering platter! We want to give a huge shoutout to this awesome cafe as they always go above and beyond for us. Definitely worth checking out their fantastic menu as it's paired with fantastic service! We wish Jess all the best as she begins this exciting new chapter and massive thank you to Brooke for organising all of this! We can’t wait to meet the newest addition to the family
y support The Pyjama Foundation! Although Pyjama Day is usually held in July, we celebrated early so Jess could still join. The Pyjama Foundation raises funds to help kids in foster care receive the educational support and stability they deserve. Donations help train mentors (a.k.a “Pyjama Angels”), who build confidence, support learning, and create brighter futures for these children.
If you wish to donate, you can do so via the below link - any donation, big or small, makes a real impact
