


Hello and Welcome to the November edition of RAWR of the Jungle. October and early November has been very busy for us, we had our first RAWR Disco, held in our new office space which was Halloween theme! Everyone who attended had a great time. The first week on of November saw 2 events in the one week, we had a Melbourne Cup party with our very own RAWR cup, we had such a great time this will be add to the event’s calendar for next year. On Friday 4th November we had our Open day at our Warwick Office, this was a great morning and thank you to Mayor Vic Pennisi for officially opening our office along with our wonderful Billy. We were lucky enough to have Cool Beans coffee and Ice Cream provide coffee and cold drinks, if you are looking for a professional service that provides a great coffee look them up on Facebook, we would highly recommend them. After a busy few weeks, we are looking forward to slowing down in to the Christmas period.
Keep an eye on our Facebook page for the upcoming Christmas events we have planned as you won’t want to miss out. We look forward to our Staff Christmas parties in Toowoomba and Warwick in the next couple of weeks, this is an opportunity for us to show our thanks to our wonderful staff and give them a chance to have a night off, am sure you will look forward to seeing the photos in the next Newsletter. Since 2003, Movember has helped fund more than 1,250 men's health projects around the globe. Transforming the way health services are able to reach and support men. Currently Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Hong Kong, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK and USA participate. Over 6 million Mo Bros and Sisters since 2003, not bad for humble beginnings of 30 participants in Melbourne.
RAWR Support Services are excited to announce that we have partnered with Awesome Auslan to deliver all our Sign Language courses and Deaf Awareness programs. Michaela the owner of Awesome Auslan who is deaf, has a strong passion in delivering Auslan Courses and Deaf Awareness Sessions. Check out Awesome Auslan's online training too. Our lovely clients have been making fascinators at the weekly RAWR craft group in anticipation for the Melbourne Cup. Thank you, ladies for the fascinators for the office staff, they turned out

At 11 am on 11 November 1918 the guns on the Western Front fell silent after more than four years of continuous warfare. The allied armies had driven the German invaders back, having inflicted heavy defeats upon them over the preceding four months.
On Remembrance Day, we acknowledge the courage and sacrifice of those who served their country and acknowledge our responsibility to work for the peace they fought hard to achieve.
