CLASSROOM
Over three dozen classroom courses are offered on subjects to help veterans as well as newer agents. The Wood Company also offers Ninja Training Courses, renowned across the country for helping agents make a substantial upward move in their level of listings and sales.

The John R. Wood Properties On-Line Learning Center features over 200 additional courses that agents can view at their leisure, but the content is ultra-professional and guaranteed to help you be more successful.
MENTOR
The Mentor Program pairs a veteran with new agents, guiding them through their first few listings and sales. This program has been extremely successful, helping a number of new agents achieve excellent success levels.
