On a monthly basis, the department produces various reports to assist Wood agents with the latest market knowledge, and provides them with mail/email content for customers. JRW Developer Resources is a Division of John R. Wood Properties providing developers with market knowledge, analytical acumen, strategic planning, land purchasing, marketing, and unit sales. Wood agents can refer a potential project and collect fees while the Division does the work.

CLOSING COORDINATOR

Several preferred vendor closing coordinators are available to agents. For a nominal price, they handle all details of the transaction after the contract is signed, allowing the agent to spend their time working on the next listing or sale.

MORTGAGE SERVICES

New Penn Financial is the Wood preferred lender, with loan officers serving each of the Wood offices. They can close faster than almost any other lender in the area, and they have a reputation of saving transactions that are about to crash under the auspices of other lenders.

TITLE SERVICES

The law firm of Conroy, Conroy, & Durant, P.A., who specialize in real estate, is the preferred title and real estate legal provider. They assist agents with legal issue advice in order to help put successful real estate transactions together.

The 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty product has been popular with Wood customers for nearly 15 years. 2-10 has programs for both buyers and sellers, and has insured over 5.5 million homes in the U.S. The warranties are very useful in helping all parties to the transaction to avoid disagreements and law suits.
