Nature of work and responsibilities Extensive field work; Ethno-botanic survey in the Sikkim Himalaya; Documentation of Medicinal plant; Exsitu Conservation, spatial mapping, etc

Appointment will be made initially for one year or till the completion of project, whichever is earlier. Same may be continued in the subsequent years based on satisfactory progress and performance of the candidate.

P.S.: Arrangement for travel between ‘Ranka Taxi Stand’ (Near Hangri Zack Hotel) Gangtok-Sikkim and the interview venue (Sikkim Regional Centre, Campus Pangthang) shall be made by the institute on 16 April, 2019 for the candidates. Interested candidates may board in the vehicle between 8:30 to 9:30 am at Ranka Taxi Stand, Gangtok.
