WALK-IN-INTERVIEW A walk-in-interview is scheduled on 19.09.2018 from 10:00 hrs. onwards at ICAR-National Bureau of Fish Genetic Resources, Lucknow for selection of Young Professional-I on contractual basis under "CRPon Agro Biodiversity". Eligible and desirous candidates fulfilling all the requirements may appear for the interview with duly filled in application form giving full details of academic records and experience(s). Qualification

Essential Qualification: 1. Graduation from a recognized university, in Fisheries/Life Sciences.

Desirable Qualification: 1. One year working experience in working for a fish farm or a private fishery after graduation.

2. Working experience in computer applications and data entry, as evident from documents. Knowledge of Excel.

Terms & Conditions:1. Above positions are purely temporary and may be terminated by the Director, ICAR-NBFGR, Lucknow without assigning any reasons at any stage. The same can be extended on half yearly basis on candidate’s every 06-monthly performance assessment and fund availability. However the total tenure will not exceed two years in any case.

2. The tenure of YP’s will be governed by ICAR guidelines.

3. Only those candidates will be allowed to appear for interview who fulfill all the eligibility conditions.

4. All the eligible candidates appearing for interview should bring their coloured passport size photograph and all the original certificates along with self attested photocopies in support of their educational qualification/experience at the time of interview.

5. Place of work will be at ICAR-NBFGR, Lucknow.

6. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in Interview.

7. All eligible candidates are requested to be present 30 minutes before scheduled time on the date of Interview for necessary formalities.

8. Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidature.

9. The selection will be based on Academic Performance, Research Experience and performance in interview.

10. The decision of Director, ICAR-NBFGR, Lucknow will be final and binding in all aspects.

Essential Qualification: 1. Master’s degree in fishery science or veterinary science or life sciences with specialization in somatic/stem cell culture, with 4 years/5 years of Bachelor’s degree. Candidate’s having post graduate degree in Life Sciences with specialization in mammalian cell culture with 3 years Bachelor’s degree and 2 years Master’s degree should have NET qualification as mentioned in the OM SR/S9/Z-09/2012 of DST dated 21.10.2014.

Desirable Qualification: 1. Research experience in spermatogonial cell culture techniques, Molecular Biology etc.

2. First division in Graduation as well as Post-Graduation.

3. Publication in relevant field.
