[Valerianaceae] an endangered medicinal plant of Sikkim Himalayas�.

NET/GATE: For initial two years Rs. 31, 000/- per month as JRF and in third year Rs. 34,000/- per month as SRF with HRA @ 10%.

Essential and Desirable Qualification M.Sc. in Plant Science [preferably Botany/Horticulture] with 55 % from UGC recognized university.

Desirable qualification is NET/GATE with experience in Ecological study & Tissue culture

Terms and Conditions: The post is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. The duration of the said post is for 6 months, which will be further extended on the basis of the performance of the candidate up to three years or up to the termination of the project whichever is early.

Candidate with adequate qualifications and appropriate experience in relevant subject/specialization with good academic records may appear for Walk-In-Interview on 19.11.2019 [Tuesday], 10:30 AM onwards at Department of Horticulture, Sikkim University, 6th Mile, Tadong, Gangtok.
