WALK-IN INTERVIEW Walk-in interview for engaging following positions under the Project entitled “Strengthening Post-

Graduate Education and Outreach Programmes at Faculty of Dairy Technology, West Bengal University of Animal and Fishery Sciences, Kolkata, West Bengal” will be held on 18.10.2019 at 10.30 am at the Office of the DREF, Kishan Abash (Farmers' Hostel), WBUAFS, 37, K.B. Sarani, Belgachia, Kolkata-37. All the positions are purely temporary and are co-terminus with the project. The initial appointment will be for one year, which can be extended/curtailed on the basis of assessment of the candidate’s performance.

Qualification Minimum B.Tech. degree in any branch related to Dairy Technology/Food Technology/ Chemical Technology/ Biotechnology / Agriculture having good academic background OR Graduate (Hons.) in Microbiology/ Biochemistry/Biotechnology/ Food Science/ Home Science having good academic background and 1-2 years working experience in Laboratory or Post Graduate degree in respective field.

Minimum Graduate degree in ComputerApplications/ Sciences/ Accountancy/ Commerce with good academic background.

The candidate should have knowledge of Windows operating systems, Spreadsheets, Accounting system etc. and 1-2 years working experience or Post Graduate degree in respective field.

N.B. i. The degree/certificate must be obtained from any recognized university / Board/ School or equivalent institution. ii. Age limit: a. For Sl. No. 1-6 the minimum and maximum age for the candidates must be 21 year and 35 year, respectively as on date of advertisement with relaxation as per rule.

ii. b. For Sl. No. 7 the minimum and maximum age for the candidates for the unskilled manpower must be 18 year and 45 year, respectively as on date of advertisement with relaxation as per rule. iii. The candidate must reach the venue of the Interview before 1 hour, along with application, bio data, photo, original and attested copies of Photo identity proof, certificates and mark sheets of all examinations. iv. No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the interview. v. The University reserves the absolute right to cancel the programme of recruitment for the post with any prior notice and without assigning any reason thereof. vi. Canvassing in any form and /or bringing any influence will be treated as disqualification. vii. Mere fulfilling the minimum prescribed qualification and experience will not vest a right in a candidate for being selected.
