Eligible candidates are invited to attend a walk-in-Interview with all relevant documents for the temporary post of Senior Research Fellow (on contractual basis) to work in the DST-Extramural project “Molecular Mechanisms involved in Fish Lectins and its Potential Role in Innate Immune Defense”. The duration of the project is 12 months.

Required Qualification

:Master’s degree in Fisheries or allied sciences / Life sciences / Microbiology / Biotechnology/ Biochemistry with 1st Division or 60% marks or equivalent overall GPA in aggregate from a recognized University) + NET Qualified. Fresh PhD completed candidates in the above field are eligible.

Desirable Qualification

:Candidates should have practical research experience (two years after Masters) and working experience in analytics and molecular cell biology techniques.

Age Limit

: Maximum of 35 years for men and 40 years for women as on date of interview

The Walk in interviews is scheduled to be held at 10.00 am on 24.10.2018 at KUFOS Headquarters, Panangad P.O Madavana, Ernakulam.

Terms and Conditions 

 



Candidates must be willing to carryout research work in assigned areas and meet project deadlines. The term of service is for one years. The post is purely temporary and is co-terminus with the project Registration will begin at 9.00 a.m. and will close at 11.00 a.m.

Candidates are required to submit attested copies of all the Certificates in support of their claims regarding age, educational qualifications, Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/OBC etc. The original certificates shall be produced for verification before the interview.

Candidates should bring detailed bio-data ( in the enclosed format) affixing a recent passport size photograph

The candidate attending the interview should ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility conditions.
