VACANCY NOTICE RESEARCH ASSOCIATE (RA) POSITION AVAILABLE IN YEAST BIOFUEL GROUP One Research Associate (RA) Position is immediately available in the Yeast Biofuel group in the lab of Dr Naseem Gaur in a DBT-sponsored project. This position is available for one year, with further extensions based on the candidate's performance. Please note that this is a temporary project position until the sanctioned project’s tenure. The salary will be based on qualification and experience as per DST norms. Job description: The selected candidate will perform computational biology experiments on implementing 2G biorefinery. Genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolic flux analysis. A candidate with prior research experience working in NGS data analysis and willing to develop new tools for implementing a successful biorefinery is desirable. Qualifications: Ph.D. in Computational Biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences or another related field with in-depth experience in various advanced molecular biology techniques.
