School of Materials Science and Technology Indian Institute of Technology (BHU) Varanasi 221 005 Subject: Recruitment of RA, JRF and project assistant (one position against each post) for DRDO funded project Applications are invited on plain paper for the following contract assignments in a research project entitled “Aging studies and estimation of thermal properties of liner material’ in a DRDO funded project for the post of RA (1 No.), JRF (1 No.) and Project Assistant (1 No.).

Qualification: (1) For RA – PhD in Chemistry / Polymer Science / Materials Science, age limit: 35 years (5 years relaxation for SC/ST, Female / Physically Handicapped candidates).

Remuneration: @36,000/-pm+HRA; (2) For JRF - M.Sc. in Chemistry, Physics, Polymer Science or B.Tech./M.Tech. in Mechanical, Materials Science; age limit: 28 years (5 years relaxation for SC/ST, Female / Physically Handicapped candidates). Remuneration: @25000/-pm+HRA; (3) For Project assistant – Intermediate degree with computer handling and data management skill, age limit: 40 years (5 years relaxation for SC/ST, Female / Physically Handicapped candidates).
