Advertisement for the Position of SRF
Applications are invited for the position of senior research fellow (SRF) on contract basis to work in a time bound ICMR sponsored research project (Adhoc/68/2022-ITR) sanctioned to the undersigned at the Department of Epidemiology and Public Health, Central University of Tamil Nadu
Details of the position:
Project Title: Development and evaluation of an isothermal assay for scrub typhus
Position: SRF – 1 post
Monthly Fellowship: Rs. 35,000 + 9% HRA
Tenure of Position: 1 year, extendable annually till the completion of the project period, subject to satisfactory performance.
Essential Qualification: Masters in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Molecular biology and other relevant disciplines with two years’ experience
Or
MBBS/ BDS/ MV
Desirable: Prior experience in PCR, Isothermal assays
Age limit: 35 years. (Age relaxation for reserved categories as per Gov. of India rules)
