JOB DESCRIPTION
: The selected candidate is expected to work on the cutting-edge virus immunology to explore the immunological signature of long-term protective immunity acquired in natural infection versus vaccination. The work is developing under a bilateral program between India and USA. Most of the work will utilize PBMCs and serum as the sample from individuals enrolled under proposed study. Interested candidate should have demonstrated skills in virology research. Hands-on experience in handling virus, virus propagation and titration, Cell culture, antibody analyses, PBMC handling, cellular immunology and FACS is essential. Candidates with proven experience in the clinical virology research will be preferred.
