No. of posts: 1 Nature of post: Tenure Nature of engagement: Initially for a period 3 years which may be extended for a further term, based on performance. Starting CTC (per annum): Rs. 33 lakhs(negotiable) Age (desirable): Preferably 55 yearsor less on closing date of advertisement. (Age of superannuation 60 years) Essential qualification: Graduate Degree:MBBS or BDS or BAMS or BHMSfrom a recognized institute/University Or Post-graduate degree or 2-year full time PG Diploma:in Hospital Management or Health Care or related area from a recognized institute/University Desirable qualification: Master degree: MD or MS or MDSfrom a recognized institute/Universityor Masters in Clinical Sciences with 2-year full time PG Diploma in Hospital Administration/Health care from a recognized institute/University Or Ph.D.:in related area of health care from a recognized institute/University Or DNB Essential experience: Total of 20 years after acquiring essential qualification in health care sector, out of which at least 5 years in Leadership / Supervisory position. Knowledge of implementation of quality systems conforming to Accreditation Standards in hospital set up. Competencies required:  Sound knowledge /understanding in the Quality issues in Healthcare and Quality Management Systems, regulations / guidelines of various regulatory bodies / Government departments in related area of operation, accreditation standards and processes including NABH & ISO and current & future trends in the related area.  Ability to prepare policy papers on accreditation as inputs to government / regulators.  Ability to establish networking within the industry (Healthcare Organizations), government, regulators and business associations  Administrative and Financial experience.  Evidence of strong managerial and leadership abilities demonstrated in past appointments  Good communication and presentation skills.  Proficiency in working on laptops/computers and knowledge of IT systems in governance and audits.
