1, Qualification, No of Vacancies: A: ENGINEERING GRADUATE APPRENTICES
2. Eligibility:
For Engineering Graduate Apprentices: Candidates should have successfully completed Degree in Engineeringfl'echnoiogy from a recognized university as mentioned at LA and the gap between the date of ioining and passing date of the qualification should not be more than 3 years,
For Technician (DiplomalApprentices: Candidates should have passed Diploma in Englneering/technology from State Board of Technical Education as mentioned at 18 and the gap between the date of joining and passing date of the qualification should not be more than 3 years.
For Graduate Apprentices in General Stream: Candidates should have successfully completed Degree from a recognized university as mentioned at lC and the gap between the date of joining and passing date of the qualification should not be more than 3 years.
3. Reservations
The reservation for engagement of Apprentices will be admissible as per The Apprentices Act 1951 & Rules and Subsequent amendments.
4. Stipend
The Stipend will be paid monthly as per the Apprentices Act 1961 & Rules and Subsequent amendments.
5. How to Apply

4.1 Documents required at the time of Walk-in
A. For Verification of Original Certificates:
1. Aadhar Card
2. SSC71g't' Marks Certificate.
3. Degree/Diploma Certificate marks sheets (all semesters or consolidated mark sheet)
4. Provisional Certificate of qualifying Degree/Diploma.
5. Reservation certificate (SC, ST, OBC, EWS, XSM, PWD/PH) if applicable.
B. Documents for Submission.
1. One set of Photo copy/Xerox copy of all the above Certificates.
2. 2 Passport size photographs.
3. Covid-lgVaccination Certificate.

6. lmportant lnstructions:
L. Selection is based on only marks secured in Diploma/Engineering Degree/Graduation in general strearx. No interview and written Test.
2. Before applying through walk-in, the candidates should satisfy themselves regarding eligibility criteria. The candidates should also ensure that the particulars furnished by him/her in the application are corred in all respect. ln case any discrepancy is detected during the engagement process/ apprenticeship training period or if found, he/she has furnished any incorrectffalse information or has suppressed any material facts, his/her candidature will be cancelledlterminated at any stage.
3. Candidates who have passed the qualifuing examination and possessing Original/Provisional certificate are only eligible.
4. Merit list of the selected candidates shall be hosted on "hal-india.co.in" after two weeks of receiving the application form through walk-in and also an email shall be forwarded to shortlisted candidates.
5. The selected eandidates should be in a positiorr to join the establishment sn the prescribed date of joining. lf the candidate does not report latest by scheduled date, it is assumed that he/she is not interested in the apprenticeship and his/her candidature will be forfeited.
5. Candidates those who have undergone Apprenticeship Training or who are undergoing similar apprenticeship trainingl ar registered for Apprentice training in the respective discipline under the Apprentice Act elsewhere are not eligible.
7. OBC candidates should produce Vatrid Non-€reamy Layer certificate.
8. Canvassing in any form will be treated asdisqualification.
9. l-lAL reserves the right to cancel the advertisement and /or the selection process there under. Decision of HAL Management regarding the selection will be final. Further HAL Management reserves the full right to fill up or otherwise any or all the notified posts depending on the availability of the candidates in any trade/discipline and also to fill up the vacancies if any.
10. The candidate has to make his/her own arrangement for accommodation & travelling for the Walk-in process.
