The Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal invites applications fromeligiblecandidatesforthepositionof Junior Research Fellow (JRF) toworkunder aBoardofResearchinNuclearSciences(BRNS)Sponsored projecttitled “Microfluidic 3D Cancer-on-Chip platform to study chemo and radio-sensitivity in advanced HNSCC” (Sanction Number 54/14/09/2022-BRNS) at the Department of Cell and MolecularBiology,ManipalSchoolofLifeSciences,ManipalAcademyofHigherEducation (MAHE),Manipal,Karnataka,India.
Eligibility: M.Sc. in the field of Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry.
CandidateswithUGC-CSIR/NET/GATE/DBT-BETqualificationwillbepreferred.
Candidate with some experience in these areas will be preferred: Microfluidics, Genomics,Cancerbiology,genomeediting,Confocalmicroscopy,animalhandling(mouse model).
Remuneration: Rs 31,000 per month for the first two years and on redesignation by committeeasSRF,Rs35,000permonthinthirdyearaspertheBRNSnorms.
Duration of the project: 3Years.
