Desirable Qualification: M.Sc. In Chemistry with valid CSIR-UGC NET JRF/LS/ GATE Score card 30 Years In the proposed work candidate is expected to synthesize structurally interesting molecular main-group metal chalcogenide complexes. In each case, systematic characterization of all the complexes will be carried out. While Multinuclear NMR, ESIMS IR spectroscopy will be used to characterize starting materials and the ligands, structural characterization of the final complexes will also carried out by Single Crystal X-ray diffraction. The proposed work is expected to deliver structurally interesting molecular organotin/tellurium chalcogenide complex. The end-use evaluation of all the compounds will be carried out with the help of other research groups within outside IIT Jodhpur
