Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following posts on contract basis with fixed monthly remuneration.
1 Junior Analyst (Technician) Chemical Sciences
2 B.Sc degree in Forensic Science/ Chemistry/Bio Chemistry with Lab Technician Course and with one year experience in a Laboratory/Scientific organization/Institution. Or
M.Sc degree Forensic Science(with specialization in Forensic Chemistry / Toxicology) /M.Sc degree in Chemistry/ M.Sc degree in Bio Chemistry
Desirable: Preference will be given to those who have experience and specialization in the fields of Forensic Toxicology/ Narcotics/
2 Junior Analyst (Technician) Zoology/Bio Chemistry / Bio Technology/ Micro Biology/Genetics/ Molecular Biology with Lab Technician Course and with one year experience in a laboratory or any Scientific organization/Institution. Or
M.Sc degree in Forensic Science(with specialization in Forensic Biology)/ M.Sc degree in Bio Chemistry / M.Sc degree in Bio Technology/ M.Sc degree in Micro Biology/ M.Sc degree in Genetics / M.Sc degree in Molecular Biology.
Desirable: Preference will be given to those who have experience and specialization in the fields of Forensic Biology/Serology/DNA

NOTE:
1. Filled in Application in the prescribed format along with the attested copies of Documents in support of age, educational qualifications with marksheet and experience should be sent to the OSD/Director, Forensic Science Laboratory, Police Station Complex, Kirumampakkam, Puducherry-607403 on or before 31.05.2023. Separate application should be sent for each category of post.
2. Incomplete application in any manner will be summarily rejected without making any reference to the candidates.
3. All original certificates should be produced at the time of written examination/interview.
4. The selection process involves written examination followed by interview. [Information regarding written examination/interview will be sent by e-mail only]
5. The appointment will be for one year only and will be extended based on the requirement & performance and willingness of the individual till regular establishment is created.
6. The selection will not give any right for regular appointment in future.
7. Decision of the Chairman, Forensic Development Board will be final in the process of selection and no request disputing the decision will be entertained. OSD/ Director
