BIRAC EYUVA Centre PSGR Krishnammal College for Women, a Centre of Excellence for higher learning, over a period of nearly 60 years, has grown into a full-fledged first grade post graduate-research institution with well-equipped laboratories, two excellent modern libraries, an extensive well-maintained playground and a world-class indoor sports arena. The College has been ranked #6 among colleges in the country in NIRF 2021 and #5 among government and government-aided colleges in ARIIA 2020. This institution has successfully completed more than 70 major & minor projects and has 12 ongoing research projects funded by various government agencies such as DST, DBT, DRDO, ICSSR, etc. The College is the recipient of DBT-BUILDER and is also recognized as Nodal Training Institute under Agri-Clinics & Agri-Business Centres Scheme (ACABC Scheme), a program launched by the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare, Government of India in association with NABARD.
