M.Tech. Admission Notice (2018-2019) Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to the M.Tech programme in Bioscience and Bioengineering offered by the Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur. The Department is located at the award winning campus of IIT Jodhpur with fully equipped infrastructure. The focus areas of the department are (i) Molecular & Cellular Biology (ii) Systems & Computational Biology (iii) Biomaterials & Biomechanics (iv) Biological Processes & Bio-Devices. The M.Tech program was initiated in the year 2017 and is running successfully. Our first batch of students have further advanced their careers by securing training and employment opportunities at National labs and in leading multinational companies. Eligibility Criteria: (i) Master's degree in Sciences, or (ii) B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. In Engineering/B.Tech from other IITs, and (iii) Valid GATE score along with proof of validity and GATE Id. Stipend: As per MHRD norms. Selection Procedure: Selection of candidates will be based on their performance in written test and interviews conducted by the Institute subject to satisfying the minimum academic qualification, as per MHRD norms. Applicants should read the prospectus carefully and follow the instructions given in the website while filling in the application form.
