Essential:M.Sc. Agricultural Extension/ Agril.Economics/ 31,000/- per month+ HRA for Food &Nutrition/Horticulture/ Food Science & Technology/

the first and /Home Science Extension/Dairy Extension and Post-Harvest second year Technology. Master degree in relevant subject 4 years / 5 Rs. 35,000/- per month+ HRA for years of Bachelor’s degree. Candidate having post-graduate the third year degree in basic Science with 3 years Bachelor’s degree and (as per DBT norms)

2 years Master’s degree should have NET qualifications and 2 years of research experience.

Desirable: specialization in community nutrition/post harvests technology/value addition/gender empowerment.

Experienced in working with rural women

Terms and Conditions: i) Age limit: Maximum age is 35 years for SRF(age relaxation of five years for SC/ST & women and three years for OBC) ii) The posts are purely temporary, the candidate shall not claim regular appointment at this Institute, as the post is co-terminus with the project. The total duration of the project is 3 years ( commenced from Dec.2018) iii) The SRF will not be entitled for any regular leave, but are allowed to have CL andRH from time to time, not exceeding 10 days in a year. The SRFs are full time workers and are required to adhere to the administrative, financial and disciplinary regulations of ICAR-IARI, hence regular attendance of the SRF will be maintained by keeping an attendance register.. iv) The interview of eligible candidates will be held according to schedule given above. v) Thecandidates will have to compulsorily bring the filled in application form (as per the format annexed), all the original certificates from matriculation onwards, date of birth certificate, NET/equivalent certificate, degree certificate either original or provisional and one set of the self-attested photocopies of all the required certificates from matriculation onwards and an attested copy of recent passport size photograph pasted onto the application form. Proof of experience and publications also need to be submitted. vi) No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. vii) Only the candidates meeting essential qualifications would be interviewed

Concealing of facts or canvassing in any form shall lead to disqualification or termination of candidature even after selection.

The candidate intending to attend the interview, if any near or distant relative of the candidate is an employee of the ICAR/IARI, the candidate has to declare his/her name, designation, nature of duties, relationship in writing so as to reach Dr. V. If such declaration is furnished on the date of interview and found that his/her relative is an employee of ICAR/IARI, such candidate will not be allowed for interview.

All the other candidates are also required compulsorily to furnish the declaration duly signed in the format annexed and submit on the date of interview.

The candidates have to strictly follow the form annexed (typed/filled) duly signed and submit on the date of interview.
