Application and other documents are accepted in hard copy form ONLY. Applications are accepted against advertisements in February and September each year.

The deadline will be indicated in the advertisements. (e) Applications that do not contain the following documents will be considered incomplete & rejected. (f) The recommendation & consent letters should be in sealed envelopes with the recommender’s signature across the flaps. (g) Multiple applications from a candidate will result disqualification of his/her candidacy.
