CENTRE OF BIOTECHNOLOGY Application are invited for candidates for filling up one JRF position on plain paper giving complete copy of all certificates. Funding agency: Department of Biotechnology (DBT), New Delhi. Project Title: “Impact of Mass bathing on the natural microbiota of the river Ganges; a concern to human health” Name of post: JRF (Junior research fellow) 1 Post nd Stipend: 31000 + HRA p.m. (1st and 2 year); 35000 + HRA p.m. (3rd year) Duration: 3 years Qualification: Minimum M.Sc. Biotechnology/ Microbiology/Biochemistry/Life Science with first division, with some work experience in laboratory techniques such as microbial culturing & characterization Desirable: Candidates with good English language communication and writing skills and willingness to travel within the city to different sites and collect water samples. Application must reach the undersigned by 31st October, 2019. After screening of applications only suitable candidates will be called for interview. No TA/DA will be paid. This position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.
