RECRUITMENT FOR CSIR FUNDED PROJECT Applications are invited from the citizens of India for filling up the following temporary position for the sponsored project from the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) undertaken in the School of Basic Sciences of IIT Mandi. The requisite qualification & experience etc. are given below. Project Title & Funding Agency: Curve Crossing Problems: Semi-analytical method for arbitrary coupling. Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) New Delhi, India. Position & Salary: Either - JRF @ Rs. 12000/- pm: Possessing M.Sc. with 55% marksand passing of NET/GATE. Age Limit: maximum 28 years. Or - SRF @ Rs.14,000/- pm: Possessing (i) M. Sc., research/teaching experience as evidence from published papers in standard referred journals; (ii) M.E./M.Tech. or equivalent degree in Engg./Techn. Age Limit: maximum 32 years. Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxation upto 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/Women and Physically handicapped candidates. Number of posts: One. Broad Area of the project: Theoretical Chemistry. Duration:The initial appointment will be for a period of one year, and can be extended upto three years subject to the performance of the candidate and availability of funding.
