Minimum prescribed educational Qualifications
M.Sc. Physical / Inorganic / Organic / Analytical Chemistry from a recognized University with Two years of experience in R & D in Industrial & Academic Institutions OR S & T Organizations and Scientific activities & services.
Desirable experience, if any Prior working experience of (i) Operation and maintenance of Electron Microscopes and sample preparations (ii) handling samples of different nature including inorganic / polymer / organic / solids / nano composites etc. from major research organizations including university departments / R&D institutions/ National labs. Job requirement
To operate and maintain Scanning and Transmission Electron Microscopes; related sample preparation and data analysis; Research work including nano- material synthesis and their general characterization.
Consolidated emoluments per 28,000 /- + HRA month
The engagement will be initially for a period of six months which may be extended or curtailed depending on the duration of the tenure of sponsored project / satisfactory performance or conduct of the appointee, as the case may be. The engagement will be purely on temporary basis and shall not be CSIR/NCL appointment, temporary or otherwise and shall not entitle the appointee to any right / claim whatsoever, implicit or explicit, for his / her consideration against any CSIR-NCL post/fellowship.
