(Chemistry/Materials Science) or M.E./M.Tech (Nanoscience and Nanotechnology) in relevant field from a recognized Institution/University. The selected candidate will be permitted to register for Ph.D.as per the norms of NIT Puducherry. 1. GATE/NET (Preferable). However, Non-GATE/NET candidates can also apply. 2.
