Call For Applications For The Positions of SRFs / JRF / YP-II (Mechanical Engineering) Applications are invited for three (03) purely temporary positions of Senior Research Fellow (SRFs) under CDDL programme on Avian Influenza, one (01) purely temporary position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under DBT project titled “Molecular Platform for Epidemiology, Disease Mapping and Development of Diagnostics for Economically Important Diseases of Ducks” and one (01) purely temporary position of YP-II (Mechanical Engineering) under ICAR-Young Professional – II Scheme .

Interested candidates fulfilling the following requirements may submit their applications along with self attested copy of all certificates, mark sheets, PDC/Degree certificate, experience etc. to Administrative officer, ICAR NIHSAD, Anand Nagar, Bhopal- 462022 latest by 02.11.2018. Following scrutiny, the written test and interview will be conducted tentatively in 3rd week of Nobember, 2018. The shortlisted candidates will be informed by e-mail/mobile phone for which all the candidates are required to give their e-mail IDs and contact phone nos. positively.

Post and Project A No. of position Three (03) B Qualifications M.V.Sc. in Veterinary Microbiology/ Vety. Virology/ Animal Essential Qualification: Biotechnology/Vety. Pathology/ Vety. Public Health or M.Sc. (Microbiology/ Biotechnology) with wet lab dissertation work. [Candidates having M.Sc. Degree in Basic Science with 3 years. Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years Master’s Degree should have NET qualifications (ICAR/ CSIR/ UGC/ MHRD-GATE/ DBT-BET/ ICMR-JRF)] or equivalent. or M.Tech Degree in Biotechnology with 4 years of B.Tech Degree with wet lab dissertation work.

M.Sc./ M.Tech candidates are required to have their project Desirable: work on animal science aspects.

C Duration Initially for a period of 01 year and extendable up to 3 years.

D Emoluments Rs. 25000/= PM + HRA @ 20% E Age Limit 35 years for men and 40 years for women as on 01/11/2018.

Name of the post YP-II (Mechanical Engineering) under ICAR-Young Professional-II and project Scheme One (01) No. of position Graduate degree holder in Engineering/Technology (B.E./B.Tech) in Qualifications Mechanical Engineering. Preference will be given to candidates with experience of Bio Engineering Utilities (HVAC, ETP, Autoclaves, Boilers, Air Compressor, Water Softener/Water Purification System etc.)

The engagement will be initially for 1 year but extendable to a maximum of Duration another term based on the needs of the organization and performance of the candidate. However, maximum duration will not be extended beyond 02 years.

Rs.25000/= only consolidated.

Remuneration The minimum age under young professional category will be 21 years and Age maximum 45 years with relaxation as per ICAR rules.

Interested Candidates should submit Bio data/application addressed to Admn. Officer, ICAR NIHSAD, Anand Nagar,Bhopal-462022 along with self attested copies of all certificates of educational qualifications, mark sheets/PDC/Degree Certificate/experience etc. and a recent passport size photograph in the format enclosed herewith so as to reach NIHSAD latest by 02.11.2018.

Note: - Candidates not providing proof of original/provisional degree certificates as per the essential qualification mentioned will be rejected and will not be considered for short listing for appearing in the interview.

2. The engagement of SRFs/YP-II will be on purely temporary basis and the selected candidates shall not have any right to claim for regular appointment

under ICAR NIHSAD, Bhopal (M.P) and

his/her engagement will be terminated immediately after 01 year or extended period if given, without any notice. The ICAR NIHSAD, Bhopal will hold no responsibility for payment of salary/regular appointment etc. after expiry/termination of the project.

3. The engagement of JRF will be on purely temporary basis and the selected candidates shall not have any right to claim for regular appointment under ICAR NIHSAD, Bhopal (M.P) and his/her engagement will be terminated immediately after the end of project, without any notice. The ICAR NIHSAD, Bhopal will hold no responsibility for payment of salary/regular appointment etc. after expiry/termination of the project.

4. No TA/DA will be paid to any candidate for attending the interview.

5. Original Degree/Provisional Degree certificate/marksheet and experience certificate (if any) will have to be produced at the time of interview.

6. Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidates. The decision of the Director, NIHSAD, Bhopal will be final in selection.

7. Only those who are interested to serve at least for a period of one year may apply.
