THE UNIVERSITY OF BURDWAN Rajbati, Burdwan Advertisement Application in prescribed form available at University sales counter on payment of Rs. 250/- are invited from the candidates for recruitment of one Project Assistant under the All India Coordinated Projects on Taxonomy (AICOPTAX) funded by Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change, Government of India in the research project entitled “Investigations on the Phytoplankton Diversity of the Freshwater Habitats of Odisha and West Bengal”. 1. Research Assistant: Essential Qualification: A good M. Sc. degree with at least 55% marks in Botany with specialization in field oriented disciplines. Desirable qualification: Working experience in field oriented disciplines of Botany. Age limit: Below 28 years (relaxable in case of SC/ST/OBC/WOMEN and experienced candidates only as per rules) Fellowship: @Rs. 10,000/- pm consolidated Tenure: up to March 2021 or till the termination of the project.
