Project details:
TheprimaryobjectiveistoevaluatethesinglestepconversionofsimulatedfluegastoDMEover thesynthesizedmaterialsinhighpressurereactorinlaboratorycondition.Thelaboratoryscale resultswillbeextendedtowardspilotplantset-up.
The final objective is to develop high-fidelity techno-economic-analysis and life-cycle-analysis models to evaluate the economic and environmental benefits of the proposed process, and to comprehensivelyvalidatethefeasibilityandscalabilityofthesinglestepconversionoffluegas frompowerplanttoDMEtechnology.
Eligibility: M.ScinChemistry/M.TechinChemicalEngineering. WorkingexperienceintheareaofCatalysis/MaterialsScienceisdesirable.
Duration: 03 Years
Fellowship: ₹31,000 + HRA(infirsttwo years), ₹35,000 + HRA(inthe third year) for candidates who have qualified for GATE/GPAT or CSIR/UGC-JRF/NET or similar examinations conducted by CentralGovernmentDepartments,theirAgenciesandInstitutions.Candidateswhohavenotqualified fortheaboveconditionsareentitledtoafellowshipof ₹25,000+HRA(infirsttwoyears), ₹28,000+ HRA(inthethirdyear) (Reference: DST-OM42(02)/PF-II/2014dated06.08.2020)
