Interview for Project Research Associate-III position
Title of Project: Generation of a retrotransposon-based mutant population of chickpea for functional genomics studies.
Duration: Initially for 1 year, extendable up to 1 year based on performance
Essential Qualifications: PhD in Life Sciences with minimum 60% marks in Masters or equivalent degree. Previous research experience (substantiated by first author publication in a peer-reviewed international journal) in plant molecular biology techniques, including gene cloning, PCR, RT-qPCR, and Southern blotting is required
Desirable Qualifications: Candidates with experience in NGS techniques, good oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently are preferred.

Emoluments: Rs. 54,000/- + 24% HRA per month.
