ABOUT THE POST: Scientist C (Research Communication Ethics Officer)- 01 Post -UR The incumbent will work closely with institute leadership to contribute to the following key roles: Coordinate institute communications and reports to ministries and other agencies; ensure that research communications from its laboratories meet the highest level of ethical standards, and assist with research misconduct proceedings to ensure compliance with institutional policies. The individual will also be responsible for conducting periodic training modules for the research community on the responsible handling of research data and standard processes of data presentation. The applicant should have a consistent track record of research output, first-hand knowledge of modern biological techniques and approaches, and experience with current methodologies used for gathering and processing data in research laboratories. Prior experience with scientific data collection and its reporting, strong analytical and written communication skills are essential. Compensation / Pay Details: The post carries the Pay Level 11 (Basic Pay of ₹ 67,700/- in the pay structure of 7th CPC Pay Matrix and other benefits which include Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance (in lieu of accommodation), Transport Allowance, Children Education Allowance, Leave Travel Concession, Medical Facilities as per Govt. of India Rules. The selected candidate will be covered under National Pension System (NPS).
