Title of Project: “Understanding the role of Exocyst complex in cell division and development in Caenorhabditis elegans� Duration: Till May 31, 2020. Essential Qualifications: 1) Post Graduate Degree with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate, or 2) BPharm/ BTech in Life Sciences/ related sciences with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate. Practical experience and knowledge of mammalian cell culture, cell biology, high resolution confocal and fluorescence imaging, and protein biochemical analysis is required. Desirable Qualifications: Practical knowledge of handling Caenorhabditis elegans in the laboratory.
