RCB Project SRF Vacancy for MSc Biotech & Life Sciences Candidates

Advertisement No. 29/2019/Acad Walk-in-interview for 1 Project- SRF Position Title of Project: Mechanism of mutagenic & translesion DNA synthesis by a mycobacterial Y-family DNA polymerase Duration: till 9/1/2020 and may be extended by six months on extension of project.

Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. degree in Life Sciences/Zoology/Biotechnology with NET qualification and minimum 60% marks. Research experience and practical knowledge of protein purification, biochemical assays and protein crystallography are essential. Knowledge of Molecular Biology and Research Experience in enzymes involved in processing of Nucleic Acids.

Desirable Qualifications: The candidate should have experience and knowledge of preparing samples for collection of X-ray diffraction data.

Fellowship: Rs 28,000/- plus 30% HRA per month.
