‘Development of Landscape Management Plan and Monitoring with reference to Ken-Betwa River Link Project in Panna Tiger Reserve, Madhya Pradesh’ The Wildlife Institute of India (WII) is a premier autonomous Institute under the Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change, and Government of India, in the field of wildlife research, training and management. The WII wishes to engage 02 Senior Project Fellows for the project ‘Development of Landscape Management Plan and Monitoring with reference to Ken-Betwa River Link Project in Panna Tiger Reserve, Madhya Pradesh’ for a period of 06 months (extendable) through application screening followed by an Interview (on Skype). Essential Qualification (EQ)
Master’s degree in Wildlife Science/ Botany/ Zoology/ Forestry/ Life Science/ Environmental Sciences/ Biological Sciences from a recognized university.

Desirable Qualification (DQ)
Domain knowledge and three-year field experience in movement ecology of large carnivores, hands-on experience in Occupancy sampling; Camera trapping; Distance sampling and are familiar with various ecological and conservation issues.

Support in day-to-day project management at WII and Panna Tiger Reserve, Investigation on movement ecology of Tiger including landscape analyses to map corridors, satellite cores and connectivity modelling
