Walk-In-Interview For temporary appointment in the RGSTC Sponsored Project “Fortification of selected indigenous dairy products with omega-3 fatty acids using microcapsules of flaxseed oil powder: A novel approach for promoting health and well being of consumers” in the Department of Dairy Engineering, College of Dairy Technology, Udgir, the qualified candidates are invited for Walk-In-Interview for following post at College of Dairy Technology, Udgir-413517 on 15/11/2021 at 01:00 pm.

Candidates should report with their original certificates/ testimonials along with application in Appendix – A format at 12:00 noon positively.

Post graduation in Dairy Engineering/ Dairy Technology/ Dairy Chemistry/ Dairy Microbiology/ Dairy Science/ Food Science and Technology/ Livestock Products Technology (MVSc)

1) He/ She shall be responsible for maintenance, management & proper utilization of laboratories equipment & store etc.

(Candidate with B. Tech in Dairy Technology and M. Tech in Dairy Engineering/ Dairy Technology/ Dairy Chemistry/Dairy Microbiology and having relevant experience will be preferred)

3) Supervise & co-ordinate the research work of the sub ordinate & report to principal investigator

2) To assist in planning and executing the research work as per the technical programme of the project.

4) Preparation of progress report of the project.

5) Perform such other duties as may be conferred or imposed on him by principal investigator & head of the institute.

analysis, follow up of accounts procedure, preliminary report writing and any other work related to scheme.

3. The contract is liable for termination with a one month‟s notice from either side.

4. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidate for attending the interview.

5. Persons working in the other organizations can also apply for the post, provided that he/she would present “No Objection Certificate” from the present employer at the time of interview/ joining, failing which he/she will not be allowed to join the offer.

6. The Associate Dean, CDT, Udgir, reserves the rights to cancel this walk in Interview without giving any reason thereof.

7. There is no provision of absorption/re-employment and contractual staff shall not claim for regular appointment in MAFSU as the post is co-terminus with the project. The service of the person so engaged will automatically stand terminated with the termination of the project.

8. Desirous candidates should report one hour in advance and appear before selection committee on 15/11/2021 at 01:00 pm in the office of the Associate Dean, CDT, Udgir (Maharashtra)-413517, along with original certificates as the proof of their qualification and the claims.

9. Candidate shall bring two sets of all the essential documents along with two passport size photographs.

10. Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidature.

11. The experience in relevant area will be counted after acquiring the basic minimum qualifications.
